We Specialize in Producing 3 Types of Podcasts

Standard Interview or Solo: This option is what most people envision when they think of podcasting—two people discuss a specific topic or idea. Standard podcasts offer straightforward and often educational content around a specific objective. Standard shows typically attract a smaller, but engaged, audience and are easily repurposed into promotional and sales content.
Narrative or Storytelling: This type of podcast is for telling high-quality, unique, story-driven casts. Narrative podcasts typically have a strong story progression, many voices, original music and sound design, and notable talent. As a result, they typically have large audiences, easy shareability, greater influence, and sponsorship potential.
Hybrid: This type of podcast merges the straightforward nature of interview shows with the dynamic and attention-grabbing qualities of a narrative podcast. It’s a great option for companies who want to stand out against the competition but don’t need the level of production required of a narrative podcast. The Hybrid type of podcast is typically more interesting to listen to than a standard interview and attracts more listeners and engagement.

What Our Packages Include
Starting a podcast is easy. Creating a podcast worth listening to is not. All of our podcast packages cover everything you need to ensure your success.
1. Plan Your Podcast
Here we learn about your business, your audience, and your goals. We’ll determine the topics, guests, and needs for every episode and make sure everything is in place for a strong foundation.
2. Produce Your Podcast
Here we put the planning into action by scheduling, recording, scripting, composing, editing, mixing, mastering, and completing everything needed to distribute your show to the world.
3. Promote Your Podcast
We believe in a podcast-led content strategy. Content from your podcast episodes should be reused everywhere for maximum visibility and engagement. During this phase, we write and post show notes and create additional marketing assets to promote your episodes across all of your networks.
4. Track Your Podcast’s Progress
Measuring progress is often the overlooked final step. We use several key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of your podcast including the number of listens/downloads, website traffic, email open-rates, and social engagement.
Case Study: Nuance Healthcare
MAKING THE HIGH TECH AND COMPLICATED ACCESSIBLE WITH A PODCAST

At Come Alive Creative, we begin every project by focusing on the end goal, and then building a pathway there. For Nuance Healthcare, who had tried many avenues of marketing, it was clear that something was missing.
Building a podcast centered on discussion and real life stories about the impact of their product revealed the human side of healthcare technology that had been challenging to convey through other content.
Highlighting the daily experiences of those using the technology to save lives and improve patient outcomes removed the stigma surrounding the technology.
Its impact on mitigating dangerous burnout rates in the documentation field and improving patient outcomes was communicated in a powerful way through storytelling.
Examples of our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
Our hometown is Grand Rapids, MI, but our team is distributed remotely across the United States, Europe, and South Africa.
Can you help me when we are not in the same location?
Yes. Similar to our team, all of our clients are distributed across the U.S. and abroad. We have systems and training in place that make it very easy to help you produce your podcast.
How does it work? What is your process for getting started?
It all starts with you reaching out via our contact form. From there, we schedule a call to learn more about your goals and target audience. Last, we present some options for you in a proposal. If you choose to get started, we send over a master service agreement and scope of work to sign and you pay the first invoice.
Who will I be working with?
Your first interaction will be with Jeff Large, the company owner and executive producer. He will help you kick your project off. From there, your project manager will be working with you on the day-to-day action items. In addition, a team of dedicated audio editors, copywriters, and graphic designers will be working behind the scenes on your podcast. You may also have a producer for your show depending on the type of podcast we’re producing.
How much does it cost to produce a podcast?
It depends on your goals for the podcast, the style and type of show you need, and the level of help you’re hoping to get. We have several ranges that we typically work in and it’s easiest to discuss over the phone. You can read “How much should it cost to produce a podcast?” for some more information.
Do you offer a la carte services?
No. We purposely built our team to handle every aspect of podcast production with expertise. Our roles and responsibilities vary depending on the project and the client, but all of our podcast productions are handled from start to finish. If you need help with only editing existing recordings, for example, you’d probably find a better fit with a different agency.
Do you have experience working in my industry?
In our ideal partnerships, we lean into our client’s content expertise and they lean into our podcasting expertise. That said, we’ve worked in industries like real estate, healthcare, home services, digital marketing, and government and public policy. We’ve interviewed and produced hundreds of episodes with authors, business executives, recognized scientists, Nobel Peace Prize Winners, and even former presidents.
