Starting a podcast is easy. Making one that your audience wants to listen to is hard.
We help established entrepreneurs and marketers amplify their authority and grow their business through the power of effective podcasts.
We help in two different ways:
1. Full-Service Podcast Production.
This solution is best for busy entrepreneurial businesses and marketing teams who want to make podcasting part of their marketing mix but don’t know how.
We help you plan, produce, promote, and track the progress of your podcast. Everything you need from start to finish.
2. Group Consulting.
This solution is best for entrepreneurial-minded business owners, freelancers, speakers, and leaders working solo or with small teams who want to start a podcast themselves but don’t know how.
Our 9-step podcast mentorship program, the Podcast Launch System, takes you through everything we do for our full-service partners and teaches it to you. In this online course, you’ll receive support and guidance with weekly group calls, video training and resources, and a private online community.
Why Do So Many Podcasts Fail?
Of the 2 million podcasts listed on Apple Podcasts, 44% of them made only three episodes and called it quits. Only a little more than 1/3 have made 10 or more episodes.
Why is this the case?
Making a great podcast is hard. It requires planning, consistency, and dedication. And the worst part? The best podcasts make it look easy to do.
The Power of Having a Process.
We’ve been podcasting since 2012. We’ve seen a lot and have had plenty of time to perfect how we produce and grow shows.
Every project we take on follows our proven 4-Part Process to ensure your success.
Our 4 Part Process.
Our 4 Part Process covers everything you need to ensure your success.
1. Plan Your Podcast
Go from confusion to a clear plan. You’ll learn how to align your podcast to your goals, identify your unique target audience, and brand your podcast so it fits in with your company’s existing digital assets. We will also supply you with all of the podcasting equipment you need and training on how to use it.
2. Produce Your Podcast
Go from interview novice to guiding the conversation with confidence. We’ll help you identify guests who align with your show’s vision, streamline and automate the scheduling process, prepare intentional questions, and be an authentic, confident interviewer.
3. Publish Your Podcast
Go from haphazardly launching with no audience to strategically launching to waiting listeners. We’ll make sure you have professionally produced episodes with high quality audio. We’ll also create promotional material for every episode, help integrate your podcast into your website, and add your podcast to all major distribution networks.
4. Track Your Podcast’s Progress
Go from not knowing what data to track to knowing exactly what to measure and having it presented to you. In our quarterly reports, we collect the right information from the right sources to help you properly evaluate your podcast’s performance. You’ll understand how to make practical adjustments for continued growth and success.
Audio’s Unfair Advantage.
Most content is competing for attention from your eyes. Podcasts are competing for attention from your ears making it a medium you can consume while doing something else.
Should your prospect watch your latest video while driving their car? No, thank you.
But can they listen to your podcast? Yes, please!
We help our clients leverage these advantages to make their podcasts work for them.
Current and Past Partners.
Our Team. Your Secret Weapon.
All of the podcasts we produce are handled by our team of in-house specialists. Our team of dedicated experts work on your show so that you can focus on what you do best.
What it’s like Working with Come Alive Creative…
“We chose Come Alive Creative over the competition because, in all sincerity, they cared more. They give us input on editing, thought leadership, and podcast developments. We have such a busy team and help with the editing, show notes, the URL slugs, and the social artwork has been phenomenal for us. I love that Jeff’s team gets those deliverables done. There’s just a very healthy back and forth to make sure the content matches what I need.”
Cheryl McRaeDirector of Corporate Marketing at Scorpion
“Without Jeff Large and his world-class team, The EOS Leader™ podcast would not be anywhere near as successful — or fun — as it is.
Jeff has helped us plan, record, and produce world-class content that’s highly ranked in all the important categories. As a result, I’m able to focus on finding great guests, helping them prepare, and having a great conversation with them. The guests love the experience, the listeners love the show, and I love doing it — which is no small feat!
Thank you for all your hard work on this project, we are super grateful for the collaboration.”

Case Study: Nuance Healthcare
MAKING THE HIGH TECH AND COMPLICATED ACCESSIBLE WITH A PODCAST
At Come Alive Creative, we begin every project by focusing on the end goal, and then building a pathway there. For Nuance Healthcare, who had tried many avenues of marketing, it was clear that something was missing.
Building a podcast centered on discussion and real life stories about the impact of their product revealed the human side of healthcare technology that had been challenging to convey through other content.
Highlighting the daily experiences of those using the technology to save lives and improve patient outcomes removed the stigma surrounding the technology.
Its impact on mitigating dangerous burnout rates in the documentation field and improving patient outcomes was communicated in a powerful way through storytelling.
“I really appreciated that Come Alive Creative starts with the goals and objectives first, and then builds the podcast around that, as opposed to me saying, “This is what I want to do,” and them just producing it.
It’s easy to go off on a tangent. Jeff and his team helped me stay focused.”
Jennifer CoonsSenior Marketing Manager in the Healthcare Division of Nuance Healthcare

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work? What is your process for getting started?
It starts with you scheduling a free discovery session and filling out a short questionnaire so we can get to know you more.
Next, we use the discovery session to discuss what you need, review how we can help, answer any questions and decide if we’re a good fit.
Last, we’ll send you a proposal with all of the details. If you choose to get started, we send over a master service agreement and scope of work to sign and you pay the first invoice.
Can you help me when we are not in the same location?
Yes. Similar to our team, all of our clients are distributed across the U.S. and abroad. We have systems and training in place that make it very easy to help you produce your podcast.
Who will I be working with?
Each podcast is unique and we’ll assign specific, consistent, in-house team members to your project.
You can expect a dedicated project manager to be your point person. Otherwise, you’ll also have a specific producer, audio editor, copywriter, and graphic designer working on your show.
How much does it cost to produce a podcast?
It depends on your goals for the podcast, the style and type of show you need, and the level of help you’re hoping to
It depends on your goals for the podcast, the style and type of show you need, and the level of help you’re hoping to get.
We have two main price points that we typically work in depending on if you need full-service production or podcast training.
You can read “How much should it cost to produce a podcast?” for some more information.
How much time will this take from me and my team?
Our hometown is Grand Rapids, MI, but our team is distributed remotely across the United States, Europe, and S
For full-service production…
The baseline expectation is 2 to 3 hours per episode. This number varies based on factors like if you are acting as the talent/host, if it’s just you or your team working together, and how hands-on you are with the process.
For our guided podcast training…
Plan on 10+ hours a week if you’re hoping to launch within 3 months. Course videos range in between 4 and 20 minutes in length and modules typically have 4 to 6 videos each. Plus there are optional weekly group calls and the time needed to do the work.
Do you offer a la carte services?
No. We purposely built our team to handle every aspect of podcast production with expertise. Our roles and responsibilities vary depending on the project and the client, but all of our podcast productions are handled from start to finish. If you need help with only editing existing recordings, for example, you’d probably find a better fit with a different agency.
Do you have experience working in my industry?
In our ideal partnerships, we lean into our client’s content expertise and they lean into our podcasting expertise.
That said, we’ve worked in industries like entrepreneurial start-ups, SaSS, real estate, healthcare, home services, digital marketing, and government and public policy. We’ve interviewed and produced hundreds of episodes with authors, business executives, recognized scientists, Nobel Peace Prize Winners, and even former presidents.
I already have a podcast and need help. Will you work with me?
Yes. Instead of spending time preparing for launch, we’ll evaluate your podcast and spend our planning time making all necessary foundational improvements. Producing, promoting, and tracking progress will fall in line from there.
